Has anyone run into this or seen this? It seems like basically the plug and play driver installation for the Mixamp isn't working but I'm not sure how I'd fix that as there aren't any driver only downloads from Astro that I could find. Hooking up the headset directly to an audio jack on my PC works fine as well. When looking in Device Manager I only see "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". I just tried using them again on my PC though and now they don't work. I then used them on my XB1 for a while and all was fine there too. Command Center recognized them, updated firmware as necessary, and all was good. I just got a set of A40TRs with Mixamp Pro, and when I first hooked them up to my PC a week or so ago everything worked great.
